Saddam’s fall a lesson to despots

AS a Muslim, I find it to hard to accept the fact that in the dawn of the new era, where leaders and people are supposed to be more civilised and humane, the only superpower in the world and its cohorts have conquered another Muslim country – which was the cradle of the Islamic renaissance during a bygone era.

It was not a fair fight as the technology which the coalition forces have, especially their air power, their awesome arsenal with the precise bombs at their disposal, are no match for their opponents with their third-world and antique military assets.
