SEVERAL Tamil schools in Hilir Perak are facing a shortage of teachers due to a delay in filling vacancies, Malaysian Nanban reported.
The daily urged the state Education Department to appoint new teachers quickly and view the matter seriously as the UPSR examination is just about four months away.
