Kudos to friendly staff at Rawang police station

ON MARCH 3, I had an accident near Taman Setia, in Rawang and had to make a report at the Rawang police station.

I have read reports about and come across numerous rude and unfriendly policemen in the past but encountered friendly and courteous service shown by the police personnel at this station.

I want to express my appreciation to Kpl M. Kumar for helping me make my report.

I would also like to thank Sjn Othman Abdullah. He not only went through and accepted my report but also went out of his way to get the tools and wires to tie my car boot cover down as I was unable to close the boot after the accident.

Our police force should have more such fine officers who know how to offer friendly and courteous service to those in distress.
