No L-licence after sitting for test a month ago

I AM a learner driver. More than a month ago I went for my Highway Code test, which I passed.

According to the driving school I cannot go on the road since my results have not been keyed in and JPJ's server is down.

I called the driving school several times about my L-licence and was disappointed.

Usually a student could complete the whole course within a month and a half.

But the situation now looks different.

I will be entering an overseas university at the end of March.

If I do not get my licence before entering university, I might lose the money I paid.

Many other students are in the same boat as me. I wish JPJ would have mercy on us.

Do not blame your computer systems. You need to do the job as many of us already paid nearly half the fees.
