THE nightmares the women in Kuala Ketil, Kedah, had over the past few weeks are now over as the orang minyak (oily man) who had been terrorising them has been caught, reported Tamil Nesan.
It said police nabbed the 22-year-old man on Saturday night in a housing estate. He was clad only in his underwear and had applied black oil on his body.
