On their marks for impending polls

THE guessing game on the possibility of a general election this year has started again. While it is fun to speculate on the date, the long list of things-to-do in preparing for the polls is no fun and games. 

For a start, the proposals for the additional parliamentary and state seats will reportedly be tabled in Parliament in March.
