UTUSAN MALAYSIA reported that the Agriculture Ministry cautioned millers not to take advantage of the bountiful harvest season by buying padi at a lower price.
Quoting the ministrys parliamentary secretary Datuk Abu Bakar Taib, it said the Government would not hesitate to take stern action against the mills, including revoking their licenses.
