Snitched hotel towels and molested air stewardess

NANYANG Siang Pau reported that a Perak councillor had misbehaved during a recent overseas trip and had brought shame to the state government. 

Without mentioning any name, the report said that the councillor, who was a member of a trade delegation to China, was caught stealing towels from a hotel in Hong Kong and later in an act of fondling an air stewardess on a return flight from China.
