A FORTNIGHT ago, one of the finest literary minds of my lifetime left us. Ursula Le Guin was a science fiction/fantasy writer of rare wit, incision and compassion.
I won’t attempt to replicate the homage paid by my colleague A. Asohan (https://cdn.star2.com/culture/2018/01/25/ursula-le-guin-earthsea-author-obituary/) but I do have to acknowledge what her writing meant to me.
