It’s time to swallow the bitter pill and cure our country of religious polarisation and bigotry, racism, negative discrimination and other divisive phenomena.

THIS new period for Malaysia after the elections is dubbed by many as the “New Era of Hope”. Clearly this is the first time in Malaysian political history that the majority of the voters have voted in a new Federal Government since independence.

Elections are an important and fundamental process of the democratic system, so candidates should be familiar with the relevant laws before starting their GE14 campaign.

Let’s all view ourselves as Malaysians who leave positive memories that would inspire the youths.

Formal education alone can’t sustain the greatness of a nation. A thinking and compassionate society is key to human species’ survival.
