The law is the true boss in land of bosses

MALAYSIA is a land of bosses. That does not mean the country is packed with organisation heads and workplace supervisors. Over here, everybody calls everybody “boss”. And that is only a slight exaggeration.

As we go through the day, we engage with lots of people whose names we do not know. These include waiters, shopkeepers, hawkers, taxi drivers, bank tellers, sales assistants, security guards, parking attendants, barbers, enforcement officers, customers and fellow public transport passengers.
