Here's a TiP - don't find fault with report, try harder

IF the US State Department’s 2014 Trafficking in Persons Report (TiP report) was a report card, the teacher’s comments for Malaysia would probably be “must try harder!”.

That is basically what Malaysia should be doing after it was reclassified as a Tier 3 country after being on the Tier 2 Watch List for four years in a row.
