THE objective of the Malaysia Games (Sukma), which was inaugurated in 1986 in Kuala Lumpur, is a noble one as it seeks to unearth new talents and function as a platform to produce the nation’s future athletes.
The Games have since produced many athletes who have gone on to become national champions – and some have even won medals in international competitions.
