It started as a joke but soon snowballed into a cyber war, with the Chong family on one side and those who took offence on the other.

AT about 11am on Sunday, Akademi Fantasia winner Vince Chong’s 50-something aunt posted a cartoon on the Chong family Whatsapp group.
