 Malaysia proposes a scorecard for Asean countries to reduce rising number of trade barriers but it will be tough to implement. 

JUST before his press conference at the end of the 30th Asean Summit in Manila recently, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak did a quick check with government officials on the latest number of trade tariffs among the 10 Asean countries.
