AT the end of the joint press conference by Thai Prime Minister Prayut Chan-O-Cha and Datuk Seri Najib Razak last week, Prayut turned to his Malaysian counterpart and whispered in his ear.

Najib then started addressing about 80 media members, saying that Prayut had reminded him of a quote by former prime minister Tun Hussein Onn to describe relations between Malaysia and Thailand.
