A high-profile court case taught Malaysians to be wary of unethical direct selling companies. But not all have learnt the lesson.

OVER the last two weeks, a number of people have aired grievances about not getting the promised returns on their investments, or worse still, losing money in a variety of investment ventures and direct selling businesses. Some of these are pyramid schemes.
