A raise that is below the belt

HAVE you ever noticed an overflowing garbage bin in the middle of the city or in your neighbourhood? You must have either felt bad for the person who’ll have to clean it all up or just curse the local authorities for such inefficiency.

I’m not sure if any of us would have spared a thought for these workers from the 3D sector – Dangerous, Dirty and Difficult – when confronted with this situation. Besides facing angry drivers who get upset with the stench when driving behind the dumpsters or for slowing down traffic for a valid reason, these guys deal with forces of nature as well because they only work outdoors, rain or shine.
