The Internet has provided a new channel for obtaining feedback and the Government has been quick to seize the opportunity to communicate with the public at large via social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter.
GOVERNMENTS, for many, are the epitome of nameless, faceless monoliths of bureaucracy, impersonal and unresponsive to the needs of the average citizen. Knowing that one is but a single customer among millions, it is easy to see how one might feel lost and clueless on how to approach, much less engage and interact actively with the Government.
