Chief Minister Tan Sri Adenan Satem’s lips are sealed when it comes to when he will seek his own mandate but the guesstimate is that the state election could take place before the year is out.
FOR a while, some people thought the Sarawak election campaign had begun. The Prime Minister was going on as though he was on the campaign trail when he launched the Pan Borneo Highway project in Bintulu.
“Actually, they’re all talking like they are campaigning these days,” said a Kuching-based journalist covering the event.
