Crude futures settle higher


NEW YORK, Aug. 11 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices inched up on Monday.

The West Texas Intermediate for September delivery gained 8 cents, or 0.13 percent, to settle at 63.96 U.S. dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for October delivery went up 4 cents, or 0.06 percent, to settle at 66.63 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
