OTTAWA, July 8 (Xinhua) -- The pilots of two single-engine aircraft died after their small planes crashed midair Tuesday morning in southern Canada, local media reported.

According to local police, the collision occurred in the rural municipality of Hanover, which is south of Winnipeg, the capital city of Manitoba province.
