Earthquake of magnitude 5.4 strikes near coast of Ecuador, GFZ says


(Reuters) -A magnitude 5.3 earthquake struck near the coast of Ecuador on Saturday, the German Research Centre for Geosciences (GFZ) said.

The quake was at a depth of 44 km (27.34 miles), GFZ said.
