Crude futures settle lower

NEW YORK, May 30 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices inched down on Friday.

The West Texas Intermediate for July delivery lost 15 cents, or 0.25 percent, to settle at 60.79 U.S. dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for July delivery dropped 25 cents, or 0.39 percent, to settle at 63.90 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
