LILONGWE, April 25 (Xinhua) -- Malawian President Lazarus Chakwera has called for more foreign investment in the African country's mining and tourism sectors to help transform its economy.
Chakwera made the remarks on Thursday evening in Lilongwe during the official opening of the sixth Malawi International Tourism Expo, which has attracted over 40 foreign dignitaries and more than 50 local organizations.
