Series of blasts shake Russia's Kursk near Ukrainian border, Russian Telegram channels report

(Reuters) - A series of blasts shook the Russian city of Kursk near the border with Ukraine early on Tuesday, Baza and SHOT Telegram channels, which often publish information from sources in the security services and law enforcement, reported.

Both Telegram channels reported that residential buildings have been damaged. They posted photos of what looked like a multi-storey residential building on fire at night.
