EU's Kallas says EU working on 17th package of Russia sanctions

BRUSSELS (Reuters) - European Union officials are working on a 17th package of sanctions against Russia for an EU foreign ministers meeting in May, the bloc's foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said on Monday.
