Crude futures settle higher


NEW YORK, March 26 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices climbed on Wednesday.

The West Texas Intermediate for May delivery went up 65 cents, or 0.94 percent, to settle at 69.65 U.S. dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for May delivery gained 77 cents, or 1.05 percent, to settle at 73.79 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
