ROME, Feb. 4 (Xinhua) -- Italian Serie A giant AC Milan added another striker to its attacking squad as it confirmed the loan move of Joao Felix Sequeira from Chelsea on Tuesday.

The Rossoneri had already revamped its forward-line by signing Mexican striker Santiago Gimenez from Feyenoord and loaning out Alvaro Morata and Noah Okafor. According to the official statement, the Portuguese attacker has signed a contract with the club until June.

Born in 1999, Felix developed as a player in his home country before moving to Atletico Madrid from Benfica in 2019, with whom he won La Liga, after which he wore the shirts of Barcelona and Chelsea. To date, Felix has scored 75 goals in 259 appearances through his career.

The 25-year-old will wear No. 79 jersey.
