Retail trade in Belarus up 11.8 pct in 2024


MINSK, Jan. 16 (Xinhua) -- Retail trade in Belarus increased by 11.8 percent in 2024, the country's statistical committee said on Thursday.

Retail trade in 2024 amounted to 90.1 billion rubles, or 111.8 percent over 2023.

Wholesale turnover amounted to 181.5 billion rubles, or 102.6 percent over 2023.
