Crude futures settle lower

NEW YORK, April 29 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices fell on Monday.

The West Texas Intermediate for June delivery lost 1.22 U.S. dollars, or 1.45 percent, to settle at 82.63 dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for June delivery dropped 1.10 dollars, or 1.23 percent, to settle at 88.4 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
