At least 5 killed in attack by gunmen at mosque in Afghanistan

KABUL (Reuters) - At least five people were killed and three injured after gunmen attacked a mosque during prayer time in Afghanistan's Herat province, the spokesperson for the region's governor's office said on Tuesday.

The attack happened on Monday evening and the dead included a woman and a child, Mawlawi Nesar Ahmad Alyes said.
