Crude futures settle higher

NEW YORK, April 26 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices inched up on Friday.

The West Texas Intermediate for June delivery added 28 cents, or 0.34 percent, to settle at 83.85 U.S. dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for June delivery went up 49 cents, or 0.55 percent, to settle at 89.5 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
