Crude futures settle lower

NEW YORK, April 15 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices inched down on Monday.

The West Texas Intermediate for May delivery dropped 25 cents, or 0.29 percent, to settle at 85.41 U.S. dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for June delivery decreased by 35 cents, or 0.39 percent, to settle at 90.1 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
