DAKAR (Reuters) - Senegal's ruling coalition candidate Amadou Ba has called his rival, opposition candidate Bassirou Diomaye Faye, to concede defeat in Sunday's presidential election, government spokesman Abdou Karim Fofana told journalists on Monday.
