WTI crude futures settle lower, Brent crude unchanged

NEW YORK, Feb. 29 (Xinhua) -- The West Texas Intermediate (WTI) for April delivery dropped 28 cents, or 0.36 percent, to settle at 78.26 U.S. dollars a barrel on Thursday on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for April delivery remained unchanged at 83.62 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
