Crude futures settle higher

NEW YORK, Feb. 21 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices advanced on Wednesday.

The West Texas Intermediate for April delivery increased 87 cents, or 1.13 percent, to settle at 77.91 U.S. dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for April delivery added 69 cents, or 0.84 percent, to settle at 83.03 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
