MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia and India are in discussions about a summit between President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Narendra Modi this year, India's ambassador to Moscow was quoted by Russian news agency RIA as saying.

"It is being discussed. There are high-level discussions going on," ambassador Pavan Kapoor said.
