Holland's Keukenhof plants 7 mln tulip bulbs to mark 75th anniversary in 2024

LISSE, the Netherlands, Oct. 5 (Xinhua) -- Gardeners at the renowned Keukenhof flower garden, a top tourist attraction in the Netherlands, planted the first batch of seven million flower bulbs on Thursday to commence preparations for the garden's 75th anniversary in 2024.

Over the course of the next three months, seven million flower bulbs will be planted one by one, by hand, to create the breathtaking floral displays that draw visitors from all corners of the globe.
