NEW YORK, Sept. 28 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices fell on Thursday.
The West Texas Intermediate (WTI) for November delivery decreased by 1.97 U.S. dollars, or 2.1 percent, to settle at 91.71 dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
