WTI crude futures settle lower

NEW YORK, Sept. 21 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices declined on Thursday.

The West Texas Intermediate (WTI) for November delivery dropped 3 cents, or 0.03 percent, to settle at 89.63 U.S. dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
