LOS ANGELES, Sept. 21 (Xinhua) -- New population data from 2022 show 22 U.S. states have an adult obesity prevalence at or above 35 percent, compared to 19 states in 2021, according to data released Thursday by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
There are notable differences by race and ethnicity, as shown by combined CDC data from 2020 to 2022.
