BANGKOK, June 6 (Xinhua) -- Thai National Shippers' Council (TNSC) said on Tuesday it expects a zero or up to 1 percent growth for the country's export this year, with drags from slowing global demand and economic uncertainties.
Export, a main driver of economic growth for the Southeast Asian country, could shrink between 5 percent and 6 percent year-on-year in the first half of the year before improving in the second half, said council chairman Chaichan Chareonsuk.
