U.S. dollar ticks down

NEW YORK, March 30 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar fell in late trading on Thursday.

The dollar index, which measures the greenback against six major peers, decreased 0.48 percent to 102.1516 at 3:00 p.m. (1900 GMT).
