NEW YORK, March 29 (Xinhua) -- U.S. oil prices dropped on Wednesday.
The West Texas Intermediate (WTI) for May delivery lost 23 cents to settle at 72.97 U.S. dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
