NEW YORK, March 23 (Xinhua) -- U.S. oil prices dropped on Thursday.
The West Texas Intermediate (WTI) for May delivery lost 94 cents to settle at 69.96 U.S. dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
