WTI crude futures settle higher


NEW YORK, March 22 (Xinhua) -- U.S. oil prices rose on Wednesday.

The West Texas Intermediate (WTI) for May delivery gained 1.23 U.S. dollars to settle at 70.9 dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
