U.S. dollar ticks down


NEW YORK, March 21 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar inched lower in late trading on Tuesday.

The dollar index, which measures the greenback against six major peers, decreased 0.02 percent to 103.2616 at 3:00 p.m. (1900 GMT).
