WTI crude futures settle higher


NEW YORK, Jan. 31 (Xinhua) -- U.S. oil prices rose on Tuesday.

The West Texas Intermediate (WTI) for March delivery added 97 cents to settle at 78.87 U.S. dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
