U.S. dollar ticks down


NEW YORK, Jan. 31 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar dipped in late trading on Tuesday.

The dollar index, which measures the greenback against six major peers, decreased 0.18 percent to 102.1000 at 3:00 p.m. (2000 GMT).
